He will claim to be Marcus Dobre and will claim to want to help someone recover money scammed. Once he gains confidence and a little trust, he will say there is a Requisition Fee to release the money to you. Once he has X amount of money from you, he changes tactics by telling you that you participated in an Investment and you will soon have your money.
